S

electing a book for reading is many times a complicated job, some times some books flow to us for a reason. A co-passenger on a train journey introduced me to this book. Without a second thought, I placed it in my Wishlist.

The book is a collection of the best of "O-Zone" columns published in Times of India written by Smt. Vinitha Dawra Nangia.

The articles compiled in the book are all very much relating to our everyday life. The book is divided into two sections one is "Life & Living" and the other is "Relationships".Many of the articles are relating to very simple things in our life, but the implication will be very big. The book as a whole can be classified in the category of Self Help books, as all articles are pointing towards improving the quality of our life and relationships. The book will remind you of all those small principles that once you held in your life but latter drained away during your busy schedule.

I am quoting some lines from this book itself for summarising the points that this book covers.

"Adding from my own experience and observations, here are effective ways to boost your energy levels"

A purpose to life, a passion! Take Charge! Aspirations and dreams early to bed; early to riseProper hydration; balanced, small meals nutrients, nuts and supplements Regular brief breaks from your deskCardiovascular activity at least thrice a week good friends, music, and laughter!

The book is worth read one for all book lovers. The book will certainly challenge our beliefs and encourage us to seek life beyond comfort zones. The book contains 230 pages and the cost is Rs 299.
